Meet Teniel Sabin, M.Ed., IMH-E®
Teniel Sabin, M.Ed., IMH-E® is an early childhood educator, consultant, and founder of Crece Conmigo. She holds a Master's degree in Teaching, completed five years of doctoral studies in Educational Leadership and Adult Learning, and earned the Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E®) through the Washington Association for Infant Mental Health.
With more than 25 years of experience working alongside families, educators, and community organizations, Teniel has served as a Head Start director, Early Achievers consultant, Infant Mental Health Consultant, and developmental evaluator supporting children and families through early intervention services.
Her work is grounded in relationship-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices that strengthen the well-being of children, families, and the professionals who care for them. In addition to her professional experience, Teniel brings the perspective of a parent and community leader, offering practical, compassionate, and culturally responsive support to educators and organizations.
